Your donation doesn’t pay for administration or overhead - instead, it equips African volunteers with what they need to lead their communities toward lasting solutions.

At VCI, we believe real, lasting change can only come from within the community — not from outside solutions or temporary aid. That’s why we remain 100% volunteer-led, with no salaries and no foreign staff. Instead, your donation equips African volunteers with the tools they need to teach our self initiating programs (OPOS) in their local communities.

This means providing transportation so they can reach remote villages, communication devices so they can coordinate, and the essential resources that help them facilitate programs effectively. Every dollar goes directly to sparking change and keeping solutions in the hands of the people who live there.
